Do You Remember Your First Day Of Jiu Jitsu?
After two months apart, the crew reunites for Episode 20, recorded on the sandy shores of Liwa Liwa, Zambales, Philippines. This one’s special — our first pod together since I returned from California a few months ago. We dive into RJ's training experiences at two different schools in Cali, how first-day jitters hit practitioners like Rj, and the adjustments to a new environment.
We also detour into some spicy conversations about US politics and share reflections on our time at Liwa Liwa for our end-of-year celebration. From training stories to life updates, this episode is a raw, laid-back catch-up with plenty of laughs and insights.
